Nishiki Sato (L or 2L from Kochi prefecture, approx. 300g)
Sato Nishiki from Kochi prefecture, which was harvested earliest this year. The peak season for shipping cherries is summer, but by devising cultivation methods and "shifting the seasons that cherries feel", we have made it possible to ship cherries in the cold season.
Sato Nishiki, a typical variety of cherries, is said to have the size of the edible part and its sweetness ("Sato Nishiki" is the name of the developer and the meaning of "sweet like sugar". Masu) is a feature.
The reason why even a small amount is expensive is that the production amount is small compared to the labor of the producer. It is also called "eating ruby" because it has a thin skin and protects delicate fruits that are vulnerable to rain and wind, while picking fruits to produce larger fruits.
L or 2L size will be sent in a paulownia box, about 300g.
* The same box as the product photo (contents about 300g) is used, but the number may vary depending on the size of the cherries.
