Mini-Berliner Lemon

--- ABV: 3.5% IBU: 15 ---
A refreshing German-style wheat beer for the summer with moderate acidity at the "Mini" level. The frequency is low and the body is very light, so you can drink it lightly. Accented with the refreshing scent of Setouchi lemon and moderate bitterness.

Imperial Stout

--- ABV: 11% IBU: 45 ---
Imperial stout with 6 types of malt and sweetened alcohol to 11%. You can enjoy the aroma of cacao and coffee, the sweet aroma of rum and the feeling of alcohol. It has a long best-by date (2024/3/31), so you can wait for it to mature and become round. It has a soft texture, but as it ages, it becomes sharper and sweeter. It needs to be refrigerated, but when you taste it, raise the temperature a little and enjoy it at about 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.

BARLEY WINE

Barley wine is called a rich "wheat wine" with an alcohol content of 10% or more, and is a beer that can be enjoyed even at room temperature. A beer that uses plenty of wheat and hops, ferments wort with a high sugar content, and produces a deeper finish by long-term aging. In the process of aging slowly, it creates a complex flavor and a rich texture. This time, we also added honey and cypress from Ehime prefecture.
