Seven companies in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which has the largest share of denim production in Japan, formed the "Fukuyama Factory Guild (F.F.G)" and developed original denim pants. First, I would like to briefly touch on the history of Fukuyama denim. 400 years ago, the encouragement of cotton cultivation by Katsushige Mizuno, who became the first feudal lord of Fukuyama, was the beginning, and at the end of the Edo period, "Bigo Kasuri ( Bingo Kasuri) " was born.
The woven fabric and dyeing technology cultivated in Bigo 絣 will be the basis of the later denim industry. After the war, "thick fabric weaving technology" led to the production of special thick fabrics and the establishment of a sewing factory, and "indigo dyeing technology" evolved into a rope dyeing factory that studied American technology.
And, as a result of each specialized factory receiving OEM from all over the country to further improve the technology and quality, It is now possible to receive orders from luxury brands around the world, "World denim production It has grown into a "land" .

The back pocket uses a special iron to give it a three-dimensional appearance, and the zipper thread that is easy to cut uses polyester-coated thread.
